I had my car towed to The Transmission Shop due to was told I needed a transmission due to the warning light that came on and issue vehicle was doing. John contacted me to inform me that the vehicle wasn't having any of the issues after they drove the car. I was told unfortunately they won't be taking my money, because the transmission is ok no matter how many times and miles they drive it. So I would recommend The Transmission Shop.

I had a great experience with this transmission shop. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my truck, clearly explained what was wrong, and were honest about what repairs were needed. Even though the work I needed wasn’t something they handled, they pointed me in the right direction and referred me to someone who could help. Russell was extremely friendly, professional, and respectful. It’s hard to find businesses that are this honest and genuinely focused on helping customers instead of just making a sale. I really appreciate their knowledge, transparency, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing transmission diagnostics or advice.

This shop is amazing! They were able to rebuild my Jaguar FPace 2019 transmission. The Jaguar dealership was trying to con me into paying almost $20,000 for them to do it. I let Russell know what was going on and he quoted me a reasonable price. He dealt with the warranty company directly and was able to get me back on the road. Much appreciated guys! I would recommend for any transmission issues!

Absolutely amazing experience! Russell and the whole team were awesome from start to finish. My car had some serious transmission issue, and Russell took the time to walk me through everything so I’d understand exactly what was going on. He was super friendly, honest, and professional the entire way. The repair was done fast, my car runs like new again, and the price was very fair for the work performed! It’s hard to find people who truly care about their customers, but Russell definitely does! I’ll be recommending this shop to everyone I know. Thanks Russell might be back for that last recommendation we talked about!

So i have a car that's near and dear to my heart. I've owned the car for quite awhile, so needless to say it's very hard to trust anyone with it when it goes wrong. Well when the transmission gave out on me, i was lost. I didn't want a crummy used one from the juke yard. I wanted to do the job properly. So i called around for some different prices on rebuilds for transmissions. When i contacted The Transmission Shop on Forrest Lane in Garland Texas, i felt very comfortable and confident that this would be the place to fix my vehicle. John was very knowledgeable and considerate of my needs for my car. Everything he told me was true. The transmission shop picked my car up and took care of the Beast for me within a reasonable amount of time. I've had my car back now for over a month now and i half to say first off WOW WOW. The shifts a creamy and smooth, i feel nothing when shifting into different gears. After the 500 mile break in period, I've taken the car to Houston and Paris Texas within a two week period and the car is excellent. Thank you so much to the transmission shop for taking care of my car (the Beast). For anyone who reads my reviews on Google know i don't exaggerate
